Monday - Thursday: $100
Friday, Saturday: $300
Sunday: $200
Second day rental: $150

Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

A $100 deposit is required to hold your date. The date may be moved one time without penalty. The room must be cleaned per Ann's requirements before return of the deposit.

Ann's Bridal no longer accepts other caterers in this facility. Cakes and punch are the only exception. All other food must be ordered through Ann's Bridal.

If rentee opts to have cake and punch from an outside source and rent dishes from Ann's, there will be a clean-up charge for us to wash dishes. The clean-up of the room is still the responsibility of the rentee.

All cleaning must be done according to the cleaning checklist provided at time of rental. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in forfeiture of part or all of the room deposit fee.
