Rose Room Rental

Monday - Thursday: $200.00
Friday, Saturday: $400.00-------- Second day rental: $200.00

A $100 fee is required to hold your date. The date may be moved one time without penalty. 

Ann's Bridal no longer accepts other caterers in this facility. Cakes and punch are the only exception. All other food must be ordered through Ann's Bridal.

If rentee opts to have cake and punch from an outside source and rent dishes from Ann's, there will be a clean-up charge for us to wash dishes.
