Level 1 Entrees
Tasty beef and or chicken enchiladas topped with cheddar cheese and baked. Chicken breasts seasoned with lemon pepper and butter, then grilled.  Served over rice. Homestyle meatloaf rolled and stuffed with spinach, onions, bell peppers and seasonings. All white breast meat seared in hot butter, then baked in a poppy seed sauce. Spaghetti served with rich, hearty meat sauce, and garlic bread.
Level 2 Entrees
Sliced roasted beef brisket with pan juice gravy. Italian breaded breast smothered in creamy marinara sauce, topped with three cheeses. Traditional lasagna made with ground beef and thick mushroom marinara sauce. Succulent Pork Loin roasted, sliced, and topped with the rich nutty flavor of Marsala Wine and sauteed mushrooms. Delicious, tender, basic Southern-style roast beef with rich pan juice gravy. Breast topped with sauteed onions, red and bell pepper, and pepper jack cheese. White chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms smothered in a creamy wine sauce and topped with Swiss cheese.        Turkey and Cornbread dressing from scratch, served with giblet gravy.
Level 3 Entrees
Pit ham baked with a chutney glaze. Succulent tenderloin sliced and baked with apple dijon sauce.
Level 4 Entrees
Large shrimp, peeled and deveined- served with lemon wedges and our own homemade cocktail sauce.
Level 5 Entrees
Slow-roasted prime ribs of beef, cut and served with au jus and horseradish sauce (served pink). 12 oz prime cut & marinated in special blend of spices and broiled to perfection.

Sweetened gourmet coffee with steamed milk - served in elegant crystal mugs. Numerous variations (we’ll create a new one just for you! Combining all sorts of meats, cheeses and seasonings).    A variety of cheese cubes on toothpicks. Golden puff pastry shells with Ann’s special chicken salad. (Price is for basic display; add $1.25 per person) The Ultimate Chocolate Experience! A magnificent assortment of homemade chocolate desserts and truffles alongside cookies and fresh strawberries with dark chocolate. With sugar and cream. Served with assorted crackers and toast points. Crabmeat and cream cheese with spicy cocktail sauce served with crackers and olives. Molded butter creme dinner mints. Turkey, ham, chicken salad and egg salad are filling choices. A colorful mixture of domestic and tropical fruits both sliced and chopped. Dip is $10 extra. (Serves 200 plus) A fabulous display of  different cheeses-  Baby Swiss, Sharp Cheddar, cheese molds & tarts, Baked Brie, Gouda etc.  Surrounded with assorted crackers, toast points and specialty dipping sauces- raspberry mustard, pineapple salsa, and/or spicy Dijon mustard. Baked with cheeses, tomatoes, & peppers; served with chips or toast points. Served with creamy mustard sauce and rolls. Served with your choice of sauce (Swedish, Barbeque or Nors Demi-Sauce). Choice of cheese and ham or spinach & cheese. Mixed nuts. Peach or fruit. (Other recipes available for $100) Baked with cheddar cheese. Baby sausages served warm with barbeque sauce. (Price is per pound) Chilled and served with lemon wedges and our own homemade cocktail sauce Tortilla pin wheels of smoked turkey served with creamy salsa dip. Assorted veggies beautifully displayed with dip. Served with golden toast points. Seasoned and roasted- either sweet or spicy.
